These Measures aim at prevention and control of air pollution caused by emission from motorized vehicles, protection and improvement of atmospheric environment, and protection of public health. The Measures consist of 44 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Prevention and control (II); Testing and treatment (III); supervision and administration (IV); Legal liabilities (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
