The present Regulation enacts the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006. The Regulation lay down provisions relating to the use of a snow vehicle, a boat, an aircraft or any other apparatus propelled by machine or by means of machinery. The text consists of 6 sections and 2 Schedules.
