The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to dead hoofed game from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, as well as to its purchase, sale or exchange (trade) inclusive the control on behalf of the competent authorities of Game Trade Registers. The text deals with the following matters: sphere of application, marking of game and attestation of origin, use of game attestation, Game Trade Books duty to report, penalties and entry into force. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
