This Methodological Instruction stipulates that the method for diagnosing cattle leucosis shall be serological examination – diffusion precipitation reaction, also known as immunodiffusion reaction in agar gel. Animals infected with leucosis shall be identified from among cattle that test positive using haematological methods.
