The present Ordinance implements the Milk and Margarine Act in its version of 10. Dezember 1952 (BGBl. I p. 811) and the Milk Quality Ordinance of vom 9. Juli 1980 (BGBl. I p. 878). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of the afore-mentioned federal legislation.
