This Act substitutes a Schedule containing amendments made by the Mining Titles Registration Amendment Act, 2003 to the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 on land rights and mineral rights on land. It also makes a consequential amendment to the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002.
