This Law amends the administrative and legal proceedings related to the operation of mining and quarries. The amendments of the basic Law establish that if there is a breach by the quarry exploitation holder of any agreements, terms or conditions contained therein and if the holder does not remedy such breach within a given period, the Governor may order to act as specified in the text.
