This Act establishes terms and conditions to exploit mining resources. It consists of 7 chapters defining the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity according to the legislation on environmental protection and ecosystem preservation. Authorization requirements for mining exploitation are listed in detail in the text and must be given by the competent authority. Fees and a glossary are appended to the text.
