A Regulation to implement provisions of the Mining Act, 1992 in relation to tenements, i.e. exploration licence, special mining lease, a mining lease, an alluvial mining lease, a lease for mining purposes, and an mining easement. It prescribes forms in the First Schedule for such tenements, and forms for an extension of term of a tenements, for applications or surrender of tenements, for the description of boundaries, for an application for right to enter land and right to enter land, for the tr
