The present Circular has been adopted to clarify the extent and facilitate the proper application of article 42 of Presidential Decree No. 290 of 2001, which requires holders of establishments engaged in the production, as well as holders of authorizations, to place on the market or export phytosanitary products and their adjuvants, to transmit annually to the competent regional authorities the information relative to the production, exportation, marketing and use of those products.
