This Ministerial Decision amends the Implementing Regulations on the Law of Agricultural Quarantine by replacing the text of article 3 with a new text which establishes the Council, chaired by the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources. A list is also given of the nine members of the Council.
