This Ministerial Decision amends the Implementing Regulations of the Law on Marine Fishing and Protection of Living Aquatic Resources and consists of 2 articles. Paragraph 1 of article 15 of the Implementing Regulations is to be replaced by the following text: “The fishing and harvesting of Safeelah (Abalone) is strictly forbidden during the breeding and growth seasons, which begins on 15 December every year and continues until 14 October of the following year” (art. 1).
