This Decision, in compliance with Council Regulation No. 2597/97, approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 80 milk categories of the Food Code is amended by replacing certain milk standards in paragraph 3 and defining semi-skimmed milk in paragraph 10.
