This Ministerial Decision is issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment. It consists of 2 articles and 2 attached tables. Fees for granting permits for the trade in hazardous chemical substances are prescribed in accordance with the attached tables (art. 1). Table 1 lists import fees, which vary according to tonnage. Table 2 refers to other permits, with fees varying according to the activity type such as use, sale, manufacture, payment and export.
