In compliance with Council Directive No. 2001/30/EC which amends Council Directive No. 96/77/EC laying down specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, the Annex to article 36 of the Greek Codex Alimentarius is integrated with the Annex of Directive No. 2001/30/EC. The text of the updated Annex is laid down in this Decision.
