This Ministerial Decision amends Ministerial Decision No. 113 of 2000 regulating the management of the Turtles Nature Reserve by replacing articles 2 and 3. Entrance to the Reserve or the campsite is not permitted without written permission issued by the Ministry. Entrance to nesting grounds must be accompanied by registered guides.
