This Ministerial Decision establishes the Statute of the Provincial Supervision for the management of environmental action, the aims of which are the planning and management of the areas defined in Presidential Decree No. 6/95 of 29 November. It consists of 3 chapters defining composition, competencies and structure for the involved sectors of this environmental institution.
