The Ministry of Foreign Affairs notifies that the Hellenic Republic proceeded with withdrawing from the International Convention for the Regulation of Whaling and from the Protocol related thereto, according to the procedures established in article XI of the Convention. The above-mentioned Convention and Protocol were signed in Washington, on 2 December 1946 and 19 November 1956 and have been ratified jointly with Law No. 3568/2007.
