The Decision, in accordance with provisions of article 4, paragraph 6 of Law No. 2526/97 establishes the necessary documentation to be submitted to the competent authority by industrial units in order to obtain a license to establish and operate. In particular, the issuance of a licence for the establishment of an industrial unit requires environmental clearance in advance.
