The Decree establishes the marine area of the Erimoupolis Golf as an archaeological zone in the island of Crete (region of Lasithi). Therefore, within this marine area it is prohibited any fishing activity (marineculture, underwater activity by mean of oxygen breathing apparatuses). The geographical delimitation of the area is described in the Decree and a map is annexed thereto.
