Ministerial Decree of 13 January 1999 making provisions for the granting of fishing licenses in extra-Mediterranean third countries.

Fishing licences are granted, in case of fishing agreements still into force, to vessels registered in the third country in the period of three years before the agreement, giving priority to the vessels registered before. In case of agreements entered into force after this Decree, the fishing licences are given to the owners interested in order of request. (3 articles)
