Owners of fishing vessels longer than 10 meters that fish red tuna (thunnus thynnus) must keep a logbook indicating the fish catches present on board, the day and the place of catch and the fishing equipment used. In addition, the model GBT included in this Decree should be filled. (3 articles and 2 Annexes)
