Ministerial Decree 4 August 2000 implementing Council Regulation No. 1804/1999 on biological livestock productions.

This Decree shall apply to biological feedingstuffs. Annex 2 sets out the guidelines to be followed in order to declare a product a biological product. Animals intended for biological production shall be kept separate from other animals during breeding and slaughtering. In addition, specific rules concerning porcine, ovine, caprine, bovine, equidae and poultry are given. (2 Articles and 3 Annexes)
