Ministerial Decree of 7 February 2000 fixing out the criteria for the distribution of fishing quotas of bluefin tuna.

In accordance with the total allowable catches allocated to Italy, the responsible authority establishes that the quotas are assigned to fishing consortia and associations. The consortia and associations will annually report to the authority the bluefin tuna catches. (4Articles)
