This Ministerial Decree consists of two articles amending Ministerial Decree of 15 July 1999 in matter of bivalve molluscs fishing with drag net in the Chioggia maritime district. Article 1 specifies the landing areas, which are Chioggia, Portolevante, Pila and Porto Tolle zones. Article 2 fixes the maximum amount of bivalve molluscs that may be caught daily ( i.e. 410 kg for clams; 300 kg for razor-shells).
