The Ministerial Decree lays down amendments to article 1, paragraph 3, concerning the information to be provided in the application for obtaining the authorization to phytosanitary products imports. Article 3, paragraph 1 on the validity of the authorization is amended as follows: the authorization shall have an unlimited duration.
