Ministerial Decree authorising vessels of Sardinia maritime district, already allowed to trawling and seine net fishing to fish with gill nets equipment.

This Decree authorizes the issue of new fishing licences for fishing with gill nets equipment to the vessels registered in the Sardinia maritime district. This new fishing licence is established in accordance with the Regional Act 23 June 1998, No. 19 establishing a redeployment premium.(2 articles)
