This Ministerial Decree lays down protective measures against the introduction and spreading of the harmful organism Diabrotica virgifera virgifera Le Conte. The regional phytosanitary services shall perform annual systematic checks in order to verify the presence of diabrotica. The results shall be submitted to the Central Phytosanitary Service every year.
