This Decree has been adopted on the basis of article 33 of Legislative Decree No. 22 of 1997, which envisages the performance of simplified procedures for recovering non hazardous waste. The Decree thus describes the activities, methods and procedures to be followed in the recovery of non hazardous waste, giving due regard to the ensurance of a high livel of environmental protection.
