This Ministerial Decree makes provision for the enforcement of the closed season for 1998. The Decree applies to trawling net and mid-water floating trawl fishing. The fishing season will be closed from 20 July to 2 September for the fishing vessels registered in the maritime districts of Trieste and Brindisi, from 14 September to 28 October for those registered in the maritime districts of the Tyrrhenian and Ionic Seas, whilst the fishing vessels registered in the maritime district of Gallipoli
