The Ministerial Decree consists of two articles fixing maximum furosine values for mozzarella cheese and other fresh pasta filata cheeses obtained trough buffalo and vaccine milk. The Decree shall not apply to the above-mentioned products originating in other Member States. The official analysis method is the one approved by Ministerial Decree of 16 May 1996.
