With a view to implementing the relevant Community provisions, the present Decree lays down amendments to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 17 March 1995, in matter of authorization, marketing, use and controls over phytosanitary products. Annex II to the above-mentioned Legislative Decree shall be amended as set out in Annex I to this Decree.
