This Ministerial Decree aims at the implementation of Legislative Decree No. 151 of 19 May 2000 implementing Directive 98/56/EC on the marketing of propagating materials of ornamental plants. The above-mentioned propagating materials must not contain the harmful organisms and pests listed in Annex I. Article 5 provides for the content of the lists of varieties to be drawn by suppliers. Holders of laboratories may conduct analysis for the control of propagating materials of ornamental plants only
