The purpose of this Ministerial Decree is to implement Regulation 1148/2001/EC, with particular respect to: (a) the coordinating authority and inspection bodies; (b) the creation of a database on traders in fruit and vegetables; (c) control activities and procedures; (d) certification of products destined to industrial processing.
