The Ministerial Decree amends Ministerial Decree of 16 November 1993 as follows: article 1, paragraph 1 is replaced; paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 8 are replaced; article 10, paragraph 2 is replaced; Annex 1, paragraph h) is replaced.
