In implementation of Directive 2002/23/EC, the present Decree amends Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 which establishes maximum residue levels for active substances of phytosanitary products in foodstuffs. This Decree establishes maximum residue levels for active substances of phytosanitary products in and on: (a) the products of plant origin (including fruits and vegetables) referred to in Part A of Annex 1 to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000; (b) the cereals referred to in Part B of Annex 1

Commission Directive 2002/23/EC amending the Annexes to Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables respectively.
