This Decree regulates the control activities for the issuing of certificates of specific character for agricultural products intended for human consumption and for foodstuffs. The Ministry for Agriculture will keep a list of the authorized checking organizations. The producers interested shall inform of their activity to the responsible authority. (4 articles)
