Article 2 of Ministerial Decree of 18 March 2002 is hereby repealed and replaced. Fishing with the fishing gear defined by article 1 must be exercised in compliance with the collective agreement of the fishery sector, the operating programmes and standards established by recognized producers' organizations as well as customs in force. Vessels fishing in the waters adjacent to the fishing districts from Trieste to Brindisi may not fish during the hours specified by article 1, paragraph 2.
