Ministerial Decree laying down the modalities for implementing the Community scale for grading pig carcases.

This Ministerial Decree lays down provisions for implementing the Community scale intended for the classification of pig carcases. All slaughterhouses must comply with the provisions set forth in the Community scale laid down in Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3220/84. Annex 3 regulates the grading methods to be adopted. After such classification, carcases shall be marked in accordance with article 3. Four Annexes are attached.
