Without any prejudice to the provisions contained in Ministerial Decree of 30 June 1999, Ministerial Decree of 6 August 1999 and Ministerial Decree of 23 November 1999, bivalve molluscs fishing in the maritime district of Pesaro is allowed during the hours hereby referred to, and during the following periods: 1 October-14 March, 15 March-30 April and 1 May-30 September.
