The Ministerial Decree consists of five articles. Article 1 defines the informative and educational material on breastfeeding and infant food, intended for families and operators concerned. Its content must be scientifically correct, complete and up-to-date. Enterprises, entities or other organisms responsible for the circulation of such material shall forward a copy to the Ministry of Health.
