The Decree, in accordance with article 9 of Ministerial Decree No. Υ2/2600/2001and by taking into account that the supply of water intended for human consumption in certain geographical areas cannot otherwise be maintained by any other reasonable means, provides for derogations from the parametric values set out in Annex I, Part B in a certain area (Thessalonica region) listed in article 2 to this Decree.
