This Decree sets forth the list of high toxic and environmentally hazardous substances. The Decree further provides for the principles and procedures regarding their use aiming at human health and environmental protection. The rules and procedures of the usage of these substances are determined by the coordination and participation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
