This Ministerial Decree specifies that arrangements for the prevention and suppression of destruction of crops by agricultural animals that have been undertaken so far have not produced the desired effect. It establishes that in case of exposure of the aforesaid offence to identify owners of agricultural animals and poultry and to apply civil, administrative and criminal liability to the culprits. Means of destruction of agricultural crops shall be arrested until complete compensation to the own
