The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. Framework Regulation contains complex requirements for rational and complex subsoil management and protection thereof at all stages of subsoil management. Observance of regulation is compulsory for all legal and natural persons irrespectively of the form of property carrying out prospecting and exploration, mining and operation of mines, preparation of technological fluids, sources of energy and waste disposal.
