The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The Regulation regards the catch of aquatic biodiversity inside the EEZ. The fishing licences are issued by a Federal Body within the limits fixed by quotas. The fishing licences are subject to registration. This Regulation determines of the registration of the fishing licences (permits).
