Ministry of Agriculture and Food is entitled to validate the Regulation on the formation and use of the federal stock of the seeds of agricultural plants. Ministry of Agriculture and Food is entitled to cover expenses regarding the formation and use of the federal stock of agricultural plants out of the federal budget.
