This Decree validates the provisional regulations on the allocation of quotas for catch of biodiversity for inland fisheries, marine fisheries in inland sea, territorial sea, continental shelf, EEZ of the Russian Federation, EEZ of foreign states and in the zones covered by International Fisheries Conventions. It also validates the Regulation on pan-Russian auctions for the sale of quotas for the catch of aquatic biodiversity. The Decree sets up the Inter-ministerial Commission entitled to organ
