Ministerial Decree No. 1097 amending Ministerial Decree No. 780 validating the Regulation on crop variety testing of agricultural crops.

Item 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Control of the correctness of proposed name for selection achievement shall be carried out by state commissions within two months’ period from the date of submittal of application by expert organization”.
