Artisanal and sport fishing for proper consumption is permitted to all the Ukrainian nationals, foreign nationals and stateless persons in all water bodies of the Ukraine except for water bodies pertaining to protected areas, fish farming enterprises, artificial water reservoirs and areas thereof where fisheries are prohibited.
